Each Sacred SOUL Circle centers around a soul-aligned theme inspired by the energy of the moment—cosmic shifts, collective movement, or personal transformation. Whether you’re deep on your spiritual path or just beginning, this circle offers nourishment for the heart, mind, body, and SOUL.
✨ What to Expect:
– Some form of grounding, meditation, or breathwork
– Spiritual reflection or soul teaching
– Guided journaling or inquiry
– Open sharing (optional)
– High vibe embodiment, channeled messages, visualizations, or intention-setting
– Closing affirmation or collective blessing
This is a free offering rooted in the Sacred SOUL Fellowship’s core principle:
Solidarity of Unconditional Love (S.O.U.L.)

This gathering is offered freely with love.
Donations in the form of money, service trades, resources, or collaborations are welcome but not required.
Location: TBD each month Milwaukee, WI
Directions or access info will be directly communicated upon RSVP or announced on social media.
☀️ We will confirm the location (outdoor or indoor) prior to the event. If weather calls for it, we may gather at a local café, studio, or wellness space.
🌿 What to Bring:
If we’re meeting outdoors, please consider bringing the following:
A yoga mat, blanket, or folding chair for sitting
Water or a nourishing drink
A journal and pen
Layers or comfortable clothing for changing temps
Any personal sacred items you’d like to use or place at the energy center (optional: crystals, tokens, flowers, photos etc.)
An open heart and willingness to listen—both to yourself and others
